User Support

The Aristotle User Support Team has extensive experience supporting the HPC community by helping new users bridge to HPC and data analysis resources, designing efficient workflows, debugging parallel programs, fine-tuning codes for performance, and visualizing results. The team consists of professionals holding advanced degrees in science or engineering with computational science, data analytics, and workflow experience in multiple domains.

The use case researchers and their collaborators work closely with their local user support team, routing all questions through a central Cornell CAC help desk system to quickly detect, resolve, and document problems. Use case project development, migration, and scaling experiences across institutions will be maintained to improve user documentation and identify new techniques and best practices for analyzing and sharing large data sets.
